Job summary

USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Michigan is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to welcome guests, seat parties, and help manage the front-of-house flow during events. You will report to the Manager on Duty and play a key role in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, answering phones, packaging To Go orders, and maintaining a clean, organized host stand and restrooms while supporting overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Cash accountability and accuracy.
• Strong guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Manager on Duty.
• Responsible for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Greet and seat guests.
• Answering phone.
• Taking and packaging of To Go orders.
• Taking all information in regard to reservations.
• Cleanliness in regard to Host/Hostess stand and restrooms.
• To help ensure overall guest satisfaction in any way possible.
