Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Guest Services Assistant in San Antonio to deliver world-class customer service at our arena. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with directions, and enforcing venue rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in guest services or event support, and completion of Crowd Management training within two weeks of start. Ability to stand, walk, and work evenings/weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of event services or guest service experience preferred.
• Must complete Crowd Management training within 2 weeks of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and check tickets when needed.
• Provide warm, proactive guest assistance with excellent hospitality.
• Direct guests to seating, attractions and key venue areas.
• Maintain knowledge of venue layout, safety procedures and policies.
• Respond to guest requests or complaints and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
