Job summary

Sioux Falls Skyforce is seeking a Game Operations Member to support game-day setup and teardown, run in-game promotions, and lead in-game experiences. You will serve as an ambassador to fans and help create an energetic environment at each event.

The role involves coordinating entertainment elements, managing props and signage, and working with staff to ensure timing aligns with the game script. Priorities include strong communication and a passion for live sports production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge of game day operations, event production, and in-arena entertainment.
• Familiarity with arena audio, video, lighting, and scoreboard systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute in-arena entertainment elements and fan engagement activities during live events.
• Operate on-court props and materials used during timeouts, halftime, and promos.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of game-day production elements.
• Collaborate with production, entertainment, marketing, and event staff to align with game script.
• Engage with fans in a professional and enthusiastic manner to enhance the atmosphere.
• Participate in rehearsals, pre-event walkthroughs, and post-event debriefs.
• Support special events and non-basketball programming at the venue.
• Maintain and organize game operations inventory and equipment.
