AEG Presents is seeking an Accounting & Finance Intern to support day-to-day financial and administrative tasks for the Pittsburgh Penguins organization at PPG Paints Arena. This paid, in-person internship offers hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and general accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent education or experience.
• Ability to work in person at PPG Paints Arena.
• Availability to work roughly 15 hours per week within regular business hours.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine accounting and financial operations activities.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including reviewing invoices and expense reports and organizing related documentation.
• Assist with account reconciliations and research discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
