Job summary

Bon Secours Wellness Arena seeks a dependable Facilities Operations team member with hands-on maintenance experience. You will tackle a variety of building maintenance and repair projects, ensuring the arena is ready for the next big event.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, basic repairs, and assisting with renovations or equipment installation. The role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in facility maintenance or related field preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and work independently and with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on facility systems, equipment, fixtures, and building components.
• Inspect the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and report issues requiring further direction.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on plumbing, lighting, electrical and HVAC components, doors, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and seating.
• Provide maintenance coverage before, during, and after arena events and respond to issues promptly.
• Safely use hand and power tools and maintain clean, organized spaces.
