Job summary

The Florida Panthers Hockey Club in Sunrise, FL is seeking an Event Shift Housekeeping Supervisor. This full-time role oversees the event shift housekeeping team, ensuring efficient custodial operations and high facility presentation during games and events.

You will train staff, manage weekly to annual projects, monitor inventory, and partner with internal departments to deliver a premier guest experience while maintaining safety standards in a busy arena environment.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise event custodial staff and manage shift performance.
• Plan and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual housekeeping projects.
• Oversee daily supply usage and assist with event supplies.
• Complete daily shift reports documenting issues and facility conditions.
• Train staff on proper cleaning products, equipment, and safety.
• Maintain SDS and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Oversee and perform housekeeping tasks and ensure clean facilities.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify repairs and improvements.
• Ensure inventory control to prevent loss.
