Job summary

Milwaukee Bucks seeks a part-time, hourly Security Associate to safeguard the Plaza and surrounding areas during events at Fiserv Forum. You will be responsible for providing friendly, discrete security at entrances, performing outdoor rounds, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff.

Responsibilities include enforcing arena policies, monitoring for prohibited items, and responding to disturbances. A high school diploma and prior security or customer-service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to stand long periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience in security or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outdoor and plaza security for the arena and surrounding property.
• Interact with guests, vendors and employees in a courteous, professional manner.
• Conduct rounds to deter unauthorized access and protect performers and staff.
• Enforce arena policies and safety procedures and document incidents.
• Coordinate with law enforcement if required and follow Emergency Preparedness Plan.
