Job summary

The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking a Part-time Arena Operations Dispatcher. In this role, you will manage incoming communications for events in the Deer District and be a representative for various events.

The position requires self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include managing calls, processing requests, and assisting in event oversight.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work event nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Basic data processing and Microsoft Office skills required.
• Basic knowledge of a two-way radio.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls via radio transmission and phone lines.
• Connect with other departments through radio transmissions and phone lines.
• Process requests through ISS 24/7 system.
• Assist the Arena Operations Department with oversight of events.
