Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Concessions Grab & Go Attendant at CFG Bank Arena. You will support concessions, serve beverages including alcoholic drinks, and maintain a clean, organized workspace during events. The role requires current food handling and alcohol-service credentials where applicable, and the ability to stand for long periods.

The position pays $16.00 per hour, is part-time, and offers 401(k) savings with matching. Open through Oct 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
• Must be able to operate POS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock and supply levels and communicate low-stock items to the Concessions Manager(s).
• Transport products whenever necessary.
• Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
• Check guest’s ID to verify minimum age for alcohol purchases.
• Abide by arena guidelines for pouring beverages.
• Communicate with team members in a clear, professional manner to ensure a positive work environment.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
