Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Concessions Manager to oversee the arena concessions operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, training, cash controls, and compliance with alcohol service policies. The role requires strong guest service skills, professional presentation, and the ability to work a variable event-driven schedule including evenings and weekends.

You will manage staff, schedule, POS monitoring, and post-event reporting to ensure smooth, profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in culinary/business management.
• 3–5+ years in concessions management or related F&B leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and timekeeping software.
• Experience training staff and volunteers.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and high-volume venue operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor concessions staff, handling discipline as needed.
• Document employee performance and attendance per policy.
• Ensure setup of concession locations before doors and maintain sanitation.
• Provide operational oversight to ensure smooth, profitable events.
• Oversee inventory, product ordering, and high-volume sales.
• Schedule staff, monitor POS, resolve guest issues.
• Train staff on procedures and best practices.
