Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services, Inc. is seeking an Arena and Aquatics Operations Assistant to help keep the Civic Arena and Aquatic Facilities running safely and efficiently.

The role covers ice resurfacing, pool maintenance, general facility upkeep, and assisting with various operational and mechanical repairs. The position is full-time, non-exempt and benefit eligible, with 40 hours per week and scheduled nights and weekends to accommodate seasonal demands.

Responsibilities

• Ice resurfacing and pool maintenance as part of daily operations.
• Assist with operational and mechanical repairs around the facility.
• Support facility upkeep and seasonal staffing directions.

Pay: $26.777 - 34.719 per hour, DOQ

Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Benefit Eligible

Join our team and play a hands-on role in keeping the Civic Arena and Aquatic Facilities safe, clean, and operating at their best year-round. This 40-hour-per-week, benefit eligible position offers a variety of work-from ice resurfacing and pool maintenance to assisting with operational and mechanical repairs, facility upkeep, and directing seasonal staff.
