Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking an Area Zone Manager to support regional custodial accounts in the West County area, traveling to client sites as needed. You will oversee on-site Supervisors and Managers, coordinate program implementations, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive financial performance for HES.

Responsibilities focus on leadership, program execution, staff development, and effective communication with a broad client base.

• Progressive management experience in custodial contracting.
