Job summary
Maker's Pride, LLC is looking for a warehouse shift supervisor to oversee receiving, storage and distribution in a multi-shift operation. You will ensure parts and supplies are distributed to the proper departments safely and efficiently to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
The role requires a high school diploma with 1 year of leadership experience in warehouse operations, forklift certification, and basic English; Spanish is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school graduate plus 1-year experience in a leadership position in Warehouse operations in production operations in a non-exempt, non-union workforce.
- Must have forklift certification and a clean driving record.
- Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
- Computer Knowledge- SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the supervision of a shift of warehouse operations and activities including receiving, storage, and distribution of all items for a multi-shift operation, received either from internal departments or external resources/suppliers.
- Ensures that parts and supplies are distributed to proper departments in a safe and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
