Job summary

Concrete Strategies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Construction to lead project execution across our area. This hands‑on leadership role collaborates with Project Directors, Project Managers, and field leaders to keep projects well‑planned, staffed, and progressing.

You’ll oversee safety, cost control, scheduling, and productivity while guiding teams through complex challenges to ensure high‑quality results. Travel within the assigned Area is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in construction operations and project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage project profitability, forecasting, and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and client management.
• Experience leading multiple project teams and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities across the assigned Area.
• Guide planning, staffing, scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation.
• Provide leadership on constructability, sequencing, and problem resolution.
• Monitor project health metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Coach Project Directors, Project Managers, and field leaders.
• Escalate significant risks with actionable recommendations.
