The role focuses on driving new business, building a long-term client book, and advising across multiple solutions—from PEOs to self-funded plans—while nurturing relationships with business owners and executives.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling B2B services such as PEO, employee benefits, payroll, HR technology, or related services.
• Hunter mindset with a track record of business development and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities across South Florida through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Maintain pipeline and opportunities using CRM tools and Sales Navigator.
• Advise employers on PEO, employee benefits, cost analysis, and technology solutions across benefits, payroll, and compliance.
