Job summary

CoAd in Florida is seeking a Vice President of Retirement Services to lead the company’s retirement plan administration, compliance, and overall 401(k) strategy, including the MEP for its PEO business and a developing PEP for the non-PEO market.

This senior leader will manage a team of about 10–12 professionals, drive service delivery, regulatory compliance, and ongoing product evolution, aiming to expand participant adoption and client value across retirement offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in 401(k) or retirement plan administration with leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements for defined contribution plans.
• Experience with MEPs and/or PEPs highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for retirement services, including MEP administration and PEP development.
• Oversee plan administration, recordkeeping, compliance, and client service.
• Develop strategy to expand adoption and client engagement across retirement offerings.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10–12 professionals.
