Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics experience or 1 year transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize transportation services to drive efficiency in logistics operations.
• Set goals, manage staffing and scheduling, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to manage productivity.
• Ensure associates are trained in logistics and company policies; monitor compliance and maintain procedures.
• Address concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers and make recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
• Coordinate with service shops and local offices to ensure equipment availability for maintenance.
