Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics experience OR 1 year transportation experience.
• Experience supervising associates or leadership roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and associates to coordinate transportation activities.
• Set goals, manage staffing and scheduling, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to track productivity and inform decision making.
• Ensure training on logistics processes, policy compliance, and documentation accuracy.
• Address concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, participate in hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with service shops and local offices to ensure equipment availability for maintenance.
