Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize transportation services to ensure timely, safe deliveries.
• Set goals, manage staffing and scheduling, and coordinate workloads.
• Prepare and analyze reports to manage productivity.
• Train associates on logistics policies and safety.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; participate in hiring and coaching.
• Coordinate with service shops and local offices for equipment maintenance.
