Job summary

You will open and close the store, ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean, safe shopping environment, and execute company processes with leadership by example. Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers, shortage control policies and other Front End procedures.
• Control Associates' break schedule for backups, lunches and breaks.
• Maintain pace and presence at the Front End to expedite customers’ wait time.
