Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor in Daly City to lead a designated store area and oversee operations when on duty. You will supervise Associates, ensure clean, organized merchandising, and uphold Ross standards across safety and service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, maintaining a safe environment, and coaching staff on POS usage and customer service. This role requires evening/weekend availability and a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal communication is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in a retail environment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store as part of Store Leadership responsibilities.
• Supervise Associates and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area at all times.
• Execute and supervise company processes, including safety and loss prevention.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Assist with payroll administration and scheduling as needed.
