Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and mentor direct support professionals (DSP).
• Facilitate team meetings and coordinate location oversight.
• Identify and report mental health symptoms and behaviors of concern.
• Coordinate with DSPs, management, families, and other professionals, including doctors.
