Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Area Supervisor to lead and support programs for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Pennsylvania. The role oversees staff, partners with clinical teams and families, and ensures services meet financial, personnel, and program goals.

The Area Supervisor will guide day-to-day supervision, participate in leadership meetings, monitor compliance, assist with budgeting, and advocate for high-quality care and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with six years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with four years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with one year of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize web-based systems and documentation tools.
• Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to assigned program staff.
• Lead team meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams.
• Participate in leadership and management meetings to drive program strategy.
• Support program development and problem-solving initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical teams on individual support plans and treatment processes.
• Monitor program documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being for individuals supported.
• Serve as Incident Management point person for assigned programs.
• Assist with budget development and monitor program expenses.
