JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the operations of the assigned accounts. Also, the Area Supervisor must drive to visit those accounts that were assigned to him to ensure that each account is cleaned according to our quality standards through regular inspections using a tablet computer.

A typical workday consists of going to the main office to complete administrative tasks, ensure arrival of each employee at the workplace and then driving to visit job sites in your operation area.

DUTIES

• Supervise several facilities and personnel.
• Perform regular inspections of the premises to ensure that the scope of work has been achieved.
• Create work schedules for custodians and assign duties.
• Maintain inventory control of equipment and chemicals used in assigned accounts
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure
• Cover for absent cleaners or open positions by performing routine cleaning tasks if necessary.
• Control of daily labor hours for each building to make sure it does not exceed the budget established.
• Ensures the scope of work and cleaning expectations are being met by training each subordinate.
• Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines.
• Hiring/Firing for your assigned accounts.
• Follow all proper safety procedures.
• Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two years of cleaning experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Minimum two years of supervision experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Associate degree or equivalent level of professional experience.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Must have the ability to multitask
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English/Spanish sufficiently to perform the key duties of the position
