JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide support to the supervisor in daily tasks of the assigned accounts, cover for employee absence or open positions by performing routine cleaning tasks such as trash removal, dust removal , vacuuming , mopping, restroom cleaning, and others, provide support to project staff if needed ( Waxing floors, Carpet Cleaning and others ) train new and current employees in their assigned duties Also, the Assistant Supervisor must drive to visit those accounts that were assigned to ensure that each account is cleaned according to our quality standards through regular inspections using a tablet computer.

A typical workday consists in having a virtual meeting with your supervisor to coordinate the work of the day and then driving to job sites in your operation area.

DUTIES

• Perform regular inspections of the premises to ensure that the scope of work has been achieved.
• Maintain inventory control of equipment and chemicals used in assigned accounts.
• Cover for employee absence or open positions by performing routine cleaning tasks.
• Ensures the scope of work and cleaning expectations are being met by training new and current employees in their assigned duties.
• Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines.
• Follow all proper safety procedures.
• Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• High School degree preferred
• Ability to read, write and communicate in Spanish/English sufficiently to perform the key duties of the position
