Job summary

Alon Management is seeking an experienced McDonald’s Area Supervisor, District Manager, or multi-unit operations leader to oversee multiple McDonald’s locations. You will coach General Managers, develop leadership teams, and drive operational performance across restaurants.

Nationwide candidates are welcome; relocation assistance is available. Travel between assigned locations is required to lead performance, maintain QSC, and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous McDonald’s multi-unit management experience is required.
• Previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations.
• Strong knowledge of McDonald’s operating systems, procedures and standards.
• Proven ability to coach General Managers and drive results across locations.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and travel between restaurants.

Alon Management is seeking an experienced McDonald’s Area Supervisor, District Manager, or multi-unit operations leader to oversee multiple McDonald’s restaurant locations.

Previous McDonald’s multi-unit management experience is required for this position.

The Role

As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for the performance and operations of multiple McDonald’s restaurants. You’ll partner closely with General Managers and restaurant leadership teams to achieve business goals, maintain McDonald’s standards, develop talent, and deliver outstanding restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams across multiple locations
• Ensure restaurants consistently deliver strong Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
• Drive performance in sales, labor, profitability, food cost, and controllable expenses
• Analyze restaurant performance, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to improve results
• Maintain McDonald’s operational standards, procedures, food safety requirements, and brand expectations
• Support restaurant staffing, recruiting, retention, and leadership development
• Build strong leadership pipelines and develop managers for future advancement
• Hold General Managers accountable for restaurant performance and operational goals
• Follow up consistently on action plans and performance expectations
• Support an excellent customer and employee experience across assigned restaurants
• Manage multiple restaurant priorities while maintaining strong communication and organization

Required Qualifications

• Previous McDonald’s management experience is required
• Previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience is required
• 3+ years of experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations
• Strong working knowledge of McDonald’s operating systems, procedures, standards, food safety requirements, and performance metrics
• Proven experience coaching and developing General Managers
• Demonstrated ability to drive results across multiple restaurant locations
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, sales, labor, food cost, profitability, and controllable expenses
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple restaurant locations
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurants

Ideal McDonald's Experience

We are especially interested in candidates with current or previous experience as a:

• McDonald’s Operations Consultant
• Similar multi-unit leadership position within the McDonald’s system

Please note: This position requires previous multi-unit leadership experience. Current General Managers who have not previously held a multi-unit leadership position do not meet the minimum experience requirements for this role.
