Job summary

Ruiz McDonald’s is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to maximize sales, profits, and operational excellence across the St. Louis metro area.

You will work closely with General Managers to achieve results and uphold McDonalds values, while building strong relationships with crew, leadership, and customers. Requirements include 5-10 years in GM/supervisor/DM roles in quick-service or casual dining, and travel to assigned restaurants.

Qualifications

• McDonalds experience is required.
• 5-10 years as GM, Supervisor, or District Manager in quick-service or casual dining.
• Graduates of Hamburger University, ROLP, or Business Capstone preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants.
