Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Area Supervisor to support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in the Washington, DC area. You will oversee programs, drive financial, personnel, and programmatic goals, and partner with clinical teams, families, and leadership to deliver compliant services.

The role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus (eligible per incentive guidelines) and an annual salary of $65,000, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with six years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with four years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to assigned program staff
• Lead team meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams
• Participate in leadership and management meetings to drive program strategy
• Support program development and problem-solving initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical teams on individual support plans and treatment processes
• Monitor program documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being for individuals supported
• Serve as Incident Management point person for assigned programs
• Assist with budget development and monitor program expenses
• Maintain program productivity and utilization standards
