Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safe and secure environments and respond to safety incidents.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and Front End procedures.
• Manage stockrooms, back stock, and floor replenishment to Company standards.
• Ensure compliance with monthly presentation guidelines and loss prevention practices.
