Job description

Seeking full-time Area Supervisors to provide leadership, coaching, direction, develop people, and improve restaurant operations to maximize the long-term sales and profit of up to five McDonald’s locations. Must be able to solve problems and work various shifts each day of the week. Familiarity with the McDonald's PACE System and a history of exceeding business unit targets are required.

Area Supervisors demonstrate McDonald's values and leadership behaviors to build positive relationships with external customers and internal teams, including the Restaurant Leadership Team and Crew.

The role involves working with General Managers of 3-5 restaurants to achieve operational results: maintaining standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness; meeting health department standards; exceeding McDonald’s PACE standards; and executing new initiatives, products, and equipment launches. They also ensure financial performance meets or exceeds top quartile benchmarks.

Additionally, Area Supervisors must:

• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Complete monthly cash and security audits and implement corrective actions
• Conduct monthly operations reviews
• Regularly review performance with GMs and ensure managers and crew are also evaluated

Travel to assigned restaurants is expected. Strong communication skills are essential. Previous McDonald's restaurant management experience is preferred.

Requirements include problem-solving ability, Hamburger University graduation, friendly and outgoing personality, comfort standing for shifts, and 5 years of management experience at McDonald's preferred. OTP 2 or 3 is also preferred. Reliable transportation is necessary.
