General Purpose:

The Area Supervisor is part of the Store Leadership team, responsible for an assigned area of the Store, overseeing general operations and supervision when acting as Manager on Duty. They open and close the store, supervise Associates, maintain a friendly shopping environment, ensure merchandise presentation, and uphold cleanliness and operational standards.

Essential Functions include:

• Maintaining safe and secure environments, including store safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service, demonstrating courtesy and professionalism.
• Representing and supporting the Company brand, maintaining a professional appearance and store presentation.
• Executing merchandising, receiving, and loss prevention tasks to Company standards.
• Supervising front end operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and stockrooms.
• Handling administrative duties such as cash management and payroll reporting.
• Leading by example, building talent, and ensuring team accountability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to use store equipment, spend time standing and walking, and lift more than 25 lbs. Some roles may require lifting over 20 lbs.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Retail associates and stockroom leads (if applicable).
