About the Role

A Multi‑Unit Area Supervisor will lead and support operations at four McDonald’s restaurants, coach General Managers, develop high‑performing teams, and ensure consistent restaurant performance aligned with McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams to achieve sales growth, labor control, food cost, and profit margin goals.
• Monitor performance reports and implement strategic action plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop strong management teams at each location.
• Maintain top‑tier customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s systems, policies, and safety standards.
• Travel regularly between locations to provide hands‑on support and coaching.
• Oversee staff performance reviews and professional development plans.
• Promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all employees and guests.
