Job summary

Milender White Inc in Colorado is seeking an Area Superintendent to manage and coordinate all aspects of smaller construction projects or designated areas within larger projects. You will lead safety, scheduling, quality control, and staffing while ensuring compliance with MW safety requirements and zero injuries.

You will monitor budgets, report progress, mentor project personnel, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety, scheduling, quality control, and staffing on designated projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements to support zero injuries.
• Hold subcontractors to schedules and budgets.
• Measure and report on projected vs. actual baselines.
• Mentor project personnel in construction practices.
