Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year College or University in Construction Management is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors construction activities on site and ensures progress aligns with schedule.
• Interprets plans and specifications; establishes control lines for crafts and subcontractors.
• Produces lift drawings and tracks daily production for reporting.
• Supports safety program and coordination with subcontractors and foremen.
