Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking an Area Superintendent to oversee profitable installation of project work, directing teams and coordinating trades. You will manage safety, planning, cost and productivity for a defined project area, while maintaining client relationships and SQP culture.

You will lead a diverse team across multiple trades on large projects, ensuring quality, schedule adherence and strong on-site leadership. Travel up to 25% is required and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years related experience or 10 years related experience.
• Line & Grade experience required.
• Foreman experience preferred; craft certifications may be required.
