The role requires eight years of supervisory experience in large-scale construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments and unions, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.
• Strong supervisory experience on large projects and ability to lead multi-craft teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise General Foreman and Foreman on craft activities, including method, manpower, materials, and schedules.
• Coordinate work with other crafts, departments, and contractors.
• Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and PM to ensure compliance with drawings and schedule.
• Assist in resolving construction problems and interface issues as needed.
• Monitor safety program compliance and document corrective actions.
