Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a General Foreman to lead electrical construction projects in Houston, TX. The role focuses on supervising field crews, coordinating with project management, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage labor, materials, and production, while maintaining accurate documentation and controlling costs. A state license and several years of leadership in electrical construction are required.

Qualifications

• State-issued electrical license if required by state law.
• 5 years of electrical experience.
• 3–5 years as Foreman/General Foreman or similar in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans; in-depth NFPA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field production activities and assist Foreman in planning, materials and manpower.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to set goals and monitor progress.
• Track labor efficiency and project labor needs over the duration of the project.
• Ensure compliance with codes, specs and Rosendin procedures.
• Provide leadership to Foremen and manage material costs and inventory.
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation and safety compliance.
