Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience supporting ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects preferred.
• Exposure to cast-in-place concrete construction is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the project schedule and identify potential delays.

• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available to maintain project progress.

Position Details

We are seeking an Area Superintendent with experience supporting the field operations of ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects.
