You will oversee daily operations and merchandising in your area, ensure smooth freight flow, and deliver exceptional customer experiences under the guidance of a Team Leader.

This role develops into leadership positions, supports training, schedules, pricing and signage standards, and collaborates with teams to drive sales while following company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in retail environments.
• Customer service, training and merchandising/receiving/stocking experience preferred.
• Availability to work nights and weekends and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge customer needs with corporate service and support loyalty initiatives.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Lead and train store associates and support growth opportunities.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy and signage.
• Oversee backroom stock, shipments, transfers and returns per policy.
• Uphold store safety, opening/closing procedures and现金 handling as needed.
