• Willingness to relocate within 20 miles to the assigned store. Stores include: Athens, AL; Cullman, AL; Decatur, AL; Fayette, AL; Haleyville, AL; Hartselle, AL; Jasper, AL; Moulton, AL; Red Bay, AL; Russellville, AL.

Store Managers oversee store operations, drive sales, develop teams, and ensure excellent customer service. Candidates will undergo training, including travel, with ongoing support after placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain sales staff
• Create a welcoming environment and ensure outstanding service
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally
• Monitor sales and coach staff for growth
• Maintain merchandising and store standards
• Support account collections with Credit Department
• Manage inventory and product flow
• Oversee warehouse and delivery operations
• Participate in company initiatives and contribute ideas
• Lead with integrity and accountability
