Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store and supervise Associates as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Lead loss prevention efforts and ensure store safety procedures are followed.
• Supervise front-end operations to minimize customer wait times and maintain checkout efficiency.
• Oversee stockroom organization, receiving, backstock, and merchandising standards.
• Administrative duties including payroll support and store-level reporting as assigned.
