Rug Doctor is hiring for a full-time Area Service Representative to deliver products and service displays, while ensuring outstanding customer service to retail accounts. The role requires overnight travel, cleaning and servicing rental machines, and maintaining displays across multiple locations.

The ASR will work independently on a schedule, follow Rug Doctor standards, and participate in training; full-time hours approximately 38–40 per week with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Lift/raise up to 50 lbs from ground to higher levels; push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• Drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in a day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and service display/equipment while providing superior customer service to retail accounts.
• Inspect, clean and service rental machines on the assigned route.
• Keep rental displays clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple locations.
• Implement new processes and procedures as needed.
• Demonstrate Rug Doctor values and safe, customer-focused service.
• Overnight travel required, 1 night per week, depending on company needs.

JOIN THE RUG DOCTOR CLEAN TEAM: Area Service Representative #485

Rug Doctor is hiring afull-time, Monday-Friday, Area Service Representative (ASR), and is seeking a responsible, self-starter to provide delivery of products and the service of display/equipment, while providing superior customer service to established retail accounts. Route requires overnight travel, 1 night a week; depending on company needs.

The Area Service Representative ensures that the rental display is clean, stocked and well maintained at multiple retail location on an assigned route. The service stop includes inspecting, cleaning and servicing rental machines. As needed will implement new and improved process and procedures. The Area Service Representative projects the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor, while extending customer friendly service to those who use and benefit from our products and services. The Area Service Representative accomplishes this in a way that is consistent with the Rug Doctor Mission Statement.

• Meet physical requirements - bending, stooping, kneeling, lift/raise up to 50lbs from ground to higher levels, and manually push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• The ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in day.
