WK Kellogg Co is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Houston area. You will lead a team of Retail Sales Leads, align with customer teams on promotional plans, and drive sales performance through strategic partnerships and effective account management.

Role requires 3–7+ years in sales, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. Local travel ~60% and a valid driver’s license are expected. Salary range $115,680–$144,600 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of progressive sales experience in consumer goods or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing customer relationships and territory performance.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Retail Sales Leads and develop selling/activation processes.
• Align with customer teams to activate weekly/monthly/annual promotions.
• Drive collaboration between Retail and Account Teams for plan execution.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and manage budgets.
• Recruit, hire, and train top talent; elevate cereal category IQ.
