Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for sales performance in the assigned area.
• Champion the sales process within the company and branches.
• Travel to branches to train, coach, and onboard new reps.
• Ensure sales team has necessary resources.
• Monitor achievement of sales objectives.
• Ride-alongs with sales reps to identify training needs.
• Assist reps with proposals and presentations.
• Investigate lost opportunities and competitive activity.
• Prepare action plans to improve branch performance.
• Provide timely feedback to RSM on performance.
