• Develop & implement Sales plan to achieve the set business targets.
• Manage the North East region in an effective manner including selling activities, stock management, merchandising, account servicing and coop marketing activities;
• Develop customer leads and open new accounts.
• Explore, develop and implement changes to increase in-store visibility and sell- through (including training and case space negotiation);
• Propose promotional events in conjunction with management;
• Complete forecasts, sales analysis and other relevant reports requirement;
• Prepare monthly sales plans on visits and new market initiatives;
• Provide management with weekly schedule of advance appointments made;
• Inform management of competitive situations – price, lead-time, and quality;
• Generate a weekly call report summing up each week’s results/visits;

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years of wholesale selling experience in furniture, watch or luxury goods organization

- Strong communication and problem solving skills

- Proficiency with computer programs including Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook

- Ability to travel within assigned regional territory

- Appreciated previous experience: Major Italian/ German Furniture brands

- Appreciated previous titles: Junior Sales Manager, Area Manager, Sr. Sales Executive
