An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead channel sales in the Great Lakes territory. This role focuses on driving growth in stock business, small projects, and residential markets. District Sales Manager
The Area Sales Manager, Channel, will manage the Great Lakes territory leading our channel-focused salespeople. You will meet volume growth (balanced selling), price/quality/margin, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives through excellent external and internal customer relations and an increasing market share across the territory. Market focus will be stock business, small project, and residential growth. Provide consistent positive leadership for the Channel team. Continual leadership with strategy and programs meeting local coverage targets across ABB’s business units and working to exceed Channel Partners and customer needs. Extra focus will be on our residential growth strategy across the District. Focus to grow ongoing new product launches and help lead the team to implement product growth strategies and customer adoption. While this is a remote position, successful candidates will be located in the territory, ideally near the following metro areas: Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH, Cleveland, OH. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division in the United States.
You will be mainly accountable for:
