Job description

Our firm has an Area Sales Manager opportunity in the Western US with a rapidly-growing privately held company with ZERO debt that is expanding their direct sales force. This is one of the most exciting medical device expansions we have seen in recent years. The disruptive technology is changing the standard of care for the better. This is truly a unique product for both patients and providers that is changing patient outcomes for the better & saving money along the way.

The organization is very well-funded and is led by an experienced leadership team. Hospital call points include Trauma, Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia & Critical Care. You will take on existing business within the region + be charged with adding new business. Western region travel up to 70%.

Compensation

$200K at plan first year ($120K base salary + variable) with uncapped commission & bonus potential. This a direct role with a benefits package including:

Requirements

• 8 + years successful experience in medical device sales
• A background of clinical knowledge is preferred, but not required
• Success introducing new technologies into the marketplace is a plus
