Job Description of Sales Manager :

  • Manage banquet sales, including identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, travel agents, corporate clients and closing deals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key partners
  • Creating and executing sales plans to meet revenue objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and developing targeted sales campaigns.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements for group bookings, events, and corporate clients.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, analyse competition, and identify opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports, analysing data, and tracking performance against targets.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase room sales revenue, events, Conference and group bookings.
  • Oversee reservations process, ensuring efficient handling of guest requests and issues.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Inspire and guide sales teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Identify new markets and sales opportunities.
