We are adding an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to our team. The ideal candidate will understand our brand and products, build strong customer relationships, think critically and creatively, and provide leadership to our field sales team.

The ASM will grow sales, support current and new customers with products, programs, and marketing, and analyze performance metrics and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

This position offers a remote work option and requires residence in Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, close, and grow new accounts proactively
• Expand existing Bridgestone business
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, marketing opportunities, and program support
• Forecast product needs
• Make enterprise-level decisions to support customers and increase profitability
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of sales experience, with a record of closing new business and growing existing accounts
• Innovative mindset with strategic planning skills for customer growth and lead generation
• Ability to engage in high-level conversations with decision-makers
• Integrity and professionalism to stand out in the industry
• Strong management of your area with honesty, discipline, and accountability
