Remote Area Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated Remote Area Sales Manager to drive outbound sales and lead generation efforts for the following business segments: Small to medium corporate accounts, government, universities, and airline crews, blue/grey collar business, and lease agreements and long-term stays. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record of success who can make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts including cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue group sales opportunities within market segments.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, travel planners, and event organizers.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall team targets.
• Conduct in-market visits to support client relationships and secure business, as needed.
• Manage and document sales activities in CRM to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Work closely with property teams to ensure seamless booking, planning, and execution of events.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales and lead generation experience with Limited Select or Extended Stay Hotels.
• Ability and willingness to travel for periodic in-market visits.
• Experience working with brands such as Hilton, IHG, or Marriott is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets—only candidates with immediate impact capabilities will be considered.
• Deep understanding of SMERF and MICE market segments.
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and metrics-focused with strong organizational and time management skills.
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) with the ability to track and report on sales activity and pipeline.
